NEW ~ Sound Healing 🎶 Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound with my therapeutic sound healing sessions. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments, we’ll clear energetic blockages and restore harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. Sound healing is incredibly nurturing and deeply rejuvenating.

New ~ Group Coaching Sessions 🌱 Join me for intimate, small group coaching sessions where we create a safe, supportive space for growth, connection, and transformation.
